RETRUNS & REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the conditions below are met.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Costumes and Accessories with Hygiene Concerns: Costumes that are worn next to the skin, such as wigs, masks, undergarments, and makeup, might not be returnable due to hygiene reasons. Opened Makeup and Beauty Products: Once makeup products have been opened, they can't be returned due to sanitary concerns. Partial or Altered Costumes or Clothing: If an item  has been partially worn or altered in a way, it will not be eligible for return. Seasonal Decorations: Policy against returning seasonal decorations after the holiday has passed, as these items might have limited use after their intended holiday are not to be returned. Consumable Items: Items like candy, food, or other consumables are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Customized or Personalized Items: If an item has been customized or personalized it will not be eligible for return. Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as clearance or final sale are non-returnable, as they're typically sold at a significantly reduced price. Opened Costume and/or Accessories: Accessories like costume props or weapons that have been opened cannot be returnable due to safety and hygiene concerns.

If your return is accepted, All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise (i.e. the customer) we'll send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returned items eligible for a refund will be refunded for the cost of the item returned only, minus the 18% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping cost.

Damages and Issues With Your Product

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned as listed above in addition to items like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges / Replacements

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
